I am a HUGE fan of broccoli. I love to eat it raw, steamed, covered in cheese or covered in paprika. I also love it covered in lemon juice and garlic so I thought I would share my Roasted Lemon and Garlic Broccoli with you!
Roasted Lemon and Garlic Broccoli makes a perfect wee side dish for any dinner and your taste buds will be dancing with the zing of the lemon and garlic. I promise you, it will not dissapoint.
What you’ll need
– broccoli florets
– olive oil
– 1-2 TBSP crushed garlic
– 1 lemon
– salt and pepper
What to do
– Preheat your oven to 200 degrees c (180 fan force) and line a tray with baking paper.
– In a bowl, chuck in your brccoli, a good dose of olive oil, 1-2 tbsp crushed garlic (depending on your love for it) and some salt and pepper.
– Give it a good mix together and make sure your broccoli is all coated. Whack them on your baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
– Remove from the oven, squirt over some lemon juice and devour!
